Glescrow.com allows BUYERS to transfer money into a secure account that is safely held by the law firm of Greenberg & Lieberman, LLC and when the Seller fulfills its obligations the money is transferred to the Seller. All parties are protected from fraud.

What do I need to complete this transaction?

• Your address, phone number, email address.
• Who will pay the escrow fees?
• What length of inspection period has been agreed upon?
• Email address of the other party(s).
• Assets being purchased and the total price.
• Credit card number, PayPal Account, or Wire information if the escrow fees are not to come out of the amount escrowed. Please note that any service fees charged by these institutions will be passed on to you.
